11) Recommendations for Town Council approval
a) To agree an official name for the Woodland Burial Ground at the Cemetery.
b) To agree that the Bus Stop can be decorated for the Queens Platinum Jubilee Celebration in agreement with the Chair of the Amenities Committee and the Town Clerk.
c) To note the Annual Town Council meeting to be held on Wednesday 18th May 2022 arrival from 6.30pm for refreshments to start at 7pm.
d) To agree the Clerks recommendation to pay the NorfolkALC and NALC membership subscription (2021/22) was £753.75, this year’s subscription there is a 3% rise = £776.36.
e) To consider Rural Market Towns Group Subscription for financial year 22/23 the fee after the NALC discount is £113 per annum plus VAT and agree payment.
f) To agree the Clerks recommendation to instruct Mr T Brown as 2021/2022 Harleston Town Councils internal Auditor.
