11. To reive and review the Internal Auditors Report for year ending 2022/23 and to provide any recommendations to Town Council.
12. To receive an update on the finances relating to the Platinum Jubilee Event.
13. To receive and agree the recommendation for TCG Scaffolding Services to carry out the Scaffolding for the survey and the cleaning work to take place on the Clocktower at a cost of £7,720 + VAT + £154 weekly after 4 weeks
14. To receive information relating Insurance cover and agree the additional insurance premium.
15. To review the budget lines for ‘Team Harleston’ and consider possible future expenditure and to make any recommendations to Town Council.
16. To consider and agree for the Deputy Clerk to have delegated authority to negotiate terms with the Fairground Management for the event in September 2022
